189签证邀请仅发出300份，最低获邀分数达到75分。489签证邀请仍为5份，获邀分数也升至85分，而且有两位申请人的分数分别达到了90和100！无语了，上图吧。
热门专业继续按比例发放配额，但推进数据似乎又乱了。
